PRADNYASMRITI



An 8 session module of Wisdom Based Mindfulness that runs across four months. The aim of the group is to dwell into the questions of what is it to be really happy?

Using the Arts in Therapy approach, the sessions are conducted using not just talks and discussions , but also games, painting , videos and books. Practical methods for inculcating the learning and insights into our current life spontaneously emerge through this active engagement.

The sessions help us develop compassion.
